Cosy holiday apartment updated in 2004 located in rural sur­ro­un­dings just outside Tommerup on Central Funen near Odense. The apartment is on the 1st floor in a farm building with separate entrance. The apartment includes a cosy living room in open con­nection with a new kitchen with dining section. 2 bedrooms with 2 beds in each and a tiled and modern bathroom with shower on the ground floor. 

The area

The apartment is located centrally on Funen not far away from Odense which makes it a perfect base for trips to the many at­tra­ctions on Funen. In the area Denmark´s bird zoo, Fry­den­lund Fuglepark, is worth a visit. It is a park with many different birds and an exciting exhi­bi­tion of old Danish farming utensils. Here you can enjoy your home-made food on one of the tables or use the barbecue fa­ci­li­ties. In Glams­b­jerg you find Denmark´s Skoda museum. Funen´s "capital" Odense is only 18 ki­lo­metres away from the house with lots of at­tra­ctions. You can visit Denmark´s most beautiful zoo, sail on the river or visit the Hans Christian Andersen´s house where the neig­h­bour­hood is an at­tra­ction in itself with paved alleys and old houses.
