Welcome to this charming holiday home where comfort and coziness go hand in hand. The house offers two floors where you can relax and find peace in one of the two bright living rooms. The living room on the lower level is located in a lovely bay window, from which the fantastic light and the full view of the garden can be enjoyed. The three com­fortab­le bedrooms and an extra alcove provide plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy the holiday. Two bedrooms and the alcove are located on the lower level, while the third bedroom is on the first floor.

On the first floor, you can enjoy the most beautiful sea view. This panoramic view can be enjoyed from the living room or step outside onto the first of the house's small covered balconies and let yourself be drawn by the beauty of the sea. In this living room, you'll also find the holiday home's TV, where you can stream your favorite movies or series via the house's Chro­mecast. The top floor also includes a bedroom with access to the house's second covered balcony.

End the day by enjoying the warmth and coziness of the wood-burning stove, creating the perfect at­mosp­he­re for relaxed evenings with the family.

Outdoor
Step out into the lovely garden where the family can frolic freely on the open lawn. Here, you can jump on the tram­po­li­ne, play games on the lawn, or enjoy each other's company around the garden table. Grill delicious dishes on the grill or try your hand at the pizza oven. The garden also has a lovely fire pit where you can enjoy singing together, toasting mars­h­mal­lows, or simply basking in the magic of the flames. After a day filled with fun and beach acti­vi­ties, you can rinse off the sand under the re­fres­hing outdoor shower.
The child-friendly beach is only a short 5-minute walk from the cottage.

Location
The holiday home is ideally located just 150 meters from the mag­ni­fi­cent sandy beach at Rude Strand. Here you'll find good fa­ci­li­ties such as a bathing jetty and toilets, while there is also plenty of space to spread out on the beach and relax by the water's edge. Don't miss Eva Keramik, which exhibits locally crafted and beautiful artwork in the gallery at Rude Strand.

A short drive south will take you to the popular Saksild Strand, where in summer you can enjoy ad­di­tio­nal fa­ci­li­ties such as a lifeguard tower, the op­portu­ni­ty to rent stand-up paddle boards, and an ice cream kiosk.

About a fifteen-minute drive from the holiday home, you'll find Odder, a bustling town with charming pe­de­stri­an streets and several grocery stores. Here you can find almost eve­ryt­hing you need for your holiday, as well as enjoy fa­ci­li­ties such as a swimming pool, cinema, and bowling alley.

Close to the holiday home, you can visit Re­stau­rant Himmel og Hav, which serves delicious food in cozy sur­ro­un­dings. Just 4 ki­lo­me­ters north of the holiday home lies Norsminde, a charming little harbor town at Nors­min­defjord, where you can enjoy a dinner at Norsminde Kro.

Within 40 minutes, you can reach the larger cities of Horsens and Aarhus. Aarhus offers a wealth of cultural and culinary ex­pe­ri­en­ces, including Den Gamle By (The Old Town) and the Aros Art Museum. The pe­de­stri­an street and Bruuns Galleri tempt with a wide selection of various specialty shops.
