Lovely holyday house for 6 people with an espe­ci­al­ly nice location at Saksild Strand

Welcome to a lovely holiday house in the popular Saksild – close to a very nice sandy beach.

The house is bright, friendly and con­ti­nuous­ly renovated and decorated with tasteful fur­nis­hin­gs eve­rywhe­re.
In the kitchen there is plenty of space, dis­hwas­her, microwave, good fridge/freezer and eve­ryt­hing you will need during your stay.

From the kitchen-dining-area there is access to a large south/east facing terrace, from where you can enjoy the sea view from the east side. In the living room you can have a nice time in the sofa group and enjoy the com­fortab­le heat from the wood stove on the cold days.

The sleeping places is divided into 3 bedrooms with 2 double beds and 2 single beds – everyone with nice mattres­ses.
The holiday house also has a heating pump and solar cells, which provides good ven­ti­la­tion in the holiday house.

Lovely modern bathroom and a small utility room with a washing machine and a dryer.
There is a TV-package with Danish, German, Swedish and Norwegian channels, as well as free internet speed 100/100.

There is an annex to the house where there are 2 daybeds. These are not overnight places, but the annex can be used

during the day - perhaps for an afternoon nap.

Outdoor
The holiday house is highly located in this holiday house area. From the terrace there is a view to the sea and the area. Lovely garden on a sloping ground, where there is a sandbox, swings and a roller-coaster for the smallest.

There is garden furniture, loungers, parasol and of course a nice gas grill, where you can prepare the meals of the day and enjoy your­sel­ves on the warm summer evenings.

Location
The holiday house is located only 150 m. from East Jutland´s very best beaches. The sandy beach is low tide and very child-friendly and has “Blue flag”.

Within walking distance lies Re­stau­rant Bon­de­hu­set, Vaf­fel­hu­set, Trekanten (pizza) and Strands­hop­pen with various groceries.

Only 300 m. from the holiday house you will find Denmark’s eldest minigolf Lane, where you can challenge each other and eat tasty big ice cream.

It is not far to the small cozy harbor town Norsminde. Here you can enjoy an ice cream or eat at the reputable Norsminde Kro.

If you like an active holiday, it can e.g. unfold by the water, on a bicycle or by hiking in the beautiful nature of the area. From Hou there is a daily ferry crossing to the islands Tunø and Samsø.

There are only 8 km. to Odder, which offers the cozy pe­de­stri­an street with good shopping op­portu­ni­ties, a large selection of stores for groceries and nice at­tra­ctions. The bowling center “Kuglen og Keglen” in Odder also has many outdoor acti­vi­ties for the whole family.

Half an hour drive by car and you are in Aarhus, Denmark´s second largest city, enjoyed and ex­pe­ri­en­ced. Here you will find e.g. Den Gamle By, art museum Aros, shopping center Bruuns Galleri and Tivoli Friheden.
