Welcome to a lovely holiday home, perfect for a relaxing holiday in the nature. The holiday home can ac­com­moda­te 5 people and 1 dog. This holiday home has all the fa­ci­li­ties you need. In the kitchen area you will find eve­ryt­hing you need to prepare delicious meals, including a cooker, fridge-freezer, coffee machine and kettle.

There's a nice dining area in the kitchen and a small dining area in the living room. There is a step up from the kitchen to the living room.

The bathroom has a toilet, shower and washing machine. The living room has plenty of light, creating a cosy and relaxed at­mosp­he­re. Here you can relax on the sofa or armchair and watch TV or read a book.

The holiday home also has 2 bedrooms where you can get a good night's sleep after a long day of acti­vi­ties. One bedroom has 2 single beds, the other bedroom has a single bed + a bunk bed.

The house has a heat pump, TV with the po­s­si­bi­li­ty to stream via the house Chro­mecast and of course internet.

Outdoor
Outside you can enjoy your morning coffee or perhaps a glass of wine on the house's large wooden terrace. There is a parasol, garden furniture and sun loungers. The lovely shelter in front of the fire pit is also ideal for many hours of cosiness and maybe even a snow cone. The location is also fantastic, as the holiday home is only 250 metres from the beach. Here you can go for a re­fres­hing swim, take a walk along the beach or just enjoy the beautiful view.

The holiday home is very child-friendly as there is also a baby bathtub, sandpit, playhouse, swings and climbing frame.

The location
The Ajstrup Strand area is close to the forest and beach, and its scenic location is not to be over­loo­k­ed. It is a beautiful area that invites you to a lot of exciting acti­vi­ties.

Close to the house at Norsminde Harbour, you can enjoy life on the harbour, visit Fi­ske­hu­set and have a light meal on the quay or eat at the well-known Norsminde Kro.

The holiday home is close to Aarhus and the bus runs several times a day. For example, take the bus into Aarhus and enjoy coffee or lunch by the river in the centre of the city and then take a walk on Strøget or in Bruuns Galleri with its many shopping op­portu­ni­ties. We also recommend visiting the Aros Art Museum and the Music Centre, located in the city centre.

Only 14 km away is Odder, which offers bowling and mini golf in "Kuglen & Keglen", a swimming pool, golf course, Denmark's largest Kvickly su­per­mar­ket store and shopping op­portu­ni­ties on the town's cosy pe­de­stri­an street.
