Nicely kept Holiday home with lovely, covered terrace close to Dyngby Beach

This lovely holiday home is located only 150 meters to the fine beach, Dyngby beach. Here is ample op­portu­ni­ty to have a cozy stay in the well-main­tai­ned house with the whole family and enjoy the private garden.

The most central room in the house is the spacious kitchen/living room, which is also the first room you enter. Here is a nice sofa corner and an armchair where you can relax and maybe turn on the TV, which has German, Danish, Norwegian and Swedish TV channels. In addition, the TV is also equipped with a Chro­mecast, which allows you to stream your own content from, for example, your phone via the house's free WiFi.

A wood-burning stove is central to the living room, providing warmth and coziness in the colder months. The fireplace is a natural focal point in the house and next to it, is a small table where you can gather for a meal or a game by the windows, which provide a lovely light. From here, there is also access to the 25 m² partially covered terrace, which in summer acts as an extension of the living room.

Divided by a half-wall, the kitchen is directly connected to the living room and here is a good dining area for 6 people. The kitchen is in light wood and fully fun­ctio­nal with eve­ryt­hing needed to prepare the day's meals. There is an induction hob, fridge freezer, microwave and dis­hwas­her. The kitchen is bright and spacious, allowing you to socialize while cooking and relaxing in the living room.

The sum­mer­hou­se has three bedrooms in total, and from the kitchen/living room there is access to one bedroom, which has a bunk bed with a double bed in the bottom bunk. This room would therefore be perfect for up to three children.

The other two bedrooms are at the opposite end of the house. Both rooms have com­fortab­le double beds and storage space. The good windows also make these rooms bright and they are nicely decorated.

The bathroom is located next to the two double bedrooms. In addition to the shower, there is also a washing machine and un­der­floor heating. This bathroom is also well main­tai­ned and in cozy cottage style.

In addition to the wood stove, the house is heated by electric heating and heat pump, which can also cool down the tem­pe­ra­tu­re on hot days.

Outdoor
From the living room of the house, there is direct access to the partially covered 25 m² terrace, so there is plenty of space to sit in the shade or shelter in the garden furniture. There are several possible seating areas, with room for everyone to enjoy a good meal on the terrace. You can also take advantage of the gas grill available on the terrace. In total, the wooden terrace is 90 m² and it is framed by a glass fence, thus providing shelter but not taking away the view from the house. There are also four sun loungers, so on a summer's day you can com­ple­te­ly relax on the terrace.

The nice enclosed garden is bordered by a hedge, so it is possible to be com­ple­te­ly private, and enjoy the green garden. The large plot also offers the op­portu­ni­ty to play ball and romp in the garden com­ple­te­ly freely.

There are good parking fa­ci­li­ties and a man- and a women's bicycle available at the house, which may be used at your own risk in the condition they are found.

Location
The summer house is only 150 metres from the lovely Dyngby Beach, a quiet beach with high-quality bathing water. The beach is child-friendly as it has a wide sandy beach and shallow water.

Via the sign­po­sted path you can walk the 3.5 ki­lo­me­ters to beautiful Saksild beach, where there are also several shopping op­portu­ni­ties. If you want to go fishing, Dyngby beach is also ideal for anglers, who can walk out from the beach. There are good chances of catching both sea trout and cod.

4.5 ki­lo­me­ters from the house is the nearest grocery store, but if you drive 9 ki­lo­me­ters, Odder has a wide selection of specialty shops on the pe­de­stri­an street. Here you will also find a large shopping center, Kvickly.

Odder Golf Club is also just 13 ki­lo­me­ters from the house.

A 40-minute drive will take you to Horsens, beau­ti­ful­ly situated at the end of Horsens Fjord. Horsens also has a pe­de­stri­an street and various good shopping op­portu­ni­ties. Horsens also hold a rich cultural life, where you can visit both the in­du­stri­al museum and Horsens Art Museum. There are ex­pe­ri­en­ces for the whole family in Horsens.

In just over half an hour, you can also reach Jutland's largest city, Aarhus, by car. So, it's quick to get from the house into a big city that offers eve­ryt­hing you could wish for in terms of city life, re­stau­rants, shops and cultural events. Every year, Aarhus hosts the Aarhus Festival in August-September and the Northside Festival in June. You can also visit the famous Aros art museum or the historic old town, Den gamle By. It is also possible to take the local train, Letbanen from Odder directly into Aarhus city center.
