Step into this bright and ta­ste­ful­ly decorated holiday home. The large and spacious living room offers a com­fortab­le sofa corner and a fireplace that spreads warmth and ambiance. From the living room, there is direct access to the large wooden terrace, where you can enjoy the sun's rays and the fresh air. The large windows and the high cathedral ceiling give the room a special at­mosp­he­re. The dining area is a natural extension of the kitchen, allowing for communal cooking ex­pe­ri­en­ces.

When the Danish weather shows its best side, you can take your meals outside to the terrace and the lovely courtyard. Access to the terrace is directly from the dining area. Eve­ryt­hing is beau­ti­ful­ly and pra­cti­cal­ly furnished, so you can feel at home right away. The house offers three good-sized bedrooms as well as a loft and an annex, providing space for the whole family. Children will love playing in the lovely garden and enjoying summer evenings on the swings. In the annex, you'll find a very nice bedroom with a three-quarter bed and a bathroom, however, is only suitable for use in the summer and therefore closed off in the winter.

Enjoy life outdoors
The holiday home is situated on a de­light­ful, landsca­ped plot, offering plenty of charming nooks and corners. In the sheltered courtyard, you'll find play equipment for the children, as well as a swing where they can play and have fun. The garden is also adorned with beautiful rho­do­den­dron beds and a fire pit, where you can gather around the flames and enjoy summer evenings. With just 200 meters to one of the country's best and most child-friendly beaches, there are plenty of op­portu­ni­ties to spend long days by the water. Take a walk along the coast to Saksild, where you can treat yourself to ice cream, pizza, and burgers, making your day at the beach even better.

Get close to local ex­pe­ri­en­ces
The holiday home is close to Rude Strand, a child-friendly bathing beach adorned with a White 3-star flag. There is also a short distance to the bus stop on Kystvejen, making it easy to get to both Aarhus and Odder without depending on a car. The area invites you to bike rides and walks, and with its proximity to Odder and Aarhus, there are plenty of op­portu­ni­ties for both shopping and cultural ex­pe­ri­en­ces. In Odder, you can visit Økologiens Have or the local Odder Museum and get an insight into the area's history and nature.
