Newly renovated holiday home with panoramic views from the 1st floor at Dyngby Strand

The holiday home was renovated in 2018-2019 and is bright and modern.

The living room on the first floor is unique with fantastic panoramic views of the sea with views of the islands Tunø and Samsø - and of the sailing yachts that beau­ti­ful­ly pass by along the coast - there is also the op­portu­ni­ty to see porpoises fro­li­ck­ing in the waves.

On the ground floor, the house's large and spacious living room is directly connected to the new kitchen. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms - one with a double bed and the other also with a double bed - both with garden views. On the first floor there are also two bedrooms. One with a double bed and the other with two single beds.

There is also an annex with a double bed and bathroom, as well as a small annex with a sofa bed.

Enjoy life outside
The garden is lovely with plenty of seating options. A large terrace next to the kitchen and on the opposite side facing the secluded garden there is also a terrace.

You can cosy up by the gas barbecue and there are football goals and a tram­po­li­ne in the large garden, so you have the op­portu­ni­ty to move around.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
The holiday home is located at the very end of Dyngby Hage - in a quiet and peaceful area and very close to the beautiful beach - from here it is recom­men­ded to walk along the beach all the way to Hou - a walk of 5 km each way. In Hou there is a café at the harbour, kiosk and the su­per­mar­ket Dagli´ Brugsen.

From Hou there are daily de­par­tu­res to Tunø and Samsø.

At Dyngby Strand you live in the varied nature of East Jutland and are close to Odder, Aarhus and Horsens. This means you are close to great shopping, acti­vi­ties and many large and small at­tra­ctions.
