From the living room there is a fantastic view of fields and a view of the lake and Horsens fjord, both to the east and west. The house offers 3 good bedrooms and a bathroom with massage shower and washing machine.
The house has a 55’ TV with a TV package with Danish, German, Swedish and Norwegian TV channels + Chromecast, so you can use your private TV services in the holiday home.
There is free internet - speed 1000/1000 Mbit.
The house has a 5.2 kW hybrid solar panel system.
Enjoy life outside
Large terrace that goes all the way around the house. The terrace is partially covered, so you can find shade in the summer heat or enjoy a lovely summer evening outdoors.
Electric car-friendly with CEE power socket in the shed with 3 phases of 16 amps.
Get up close to the local attractions
Amstrup Ege is a quiet area with a short distance to everything a nature lover could dream of. Here you will find forest areas and a nature reserve with a rich bird and animal life. The fjord around the dam to Alrø is also known for its excellent opportunities for kite- and windsurfing and angling. It is a short distance via the dam to Alrø, where you can enjoy a meal at one of the island's exciting restaurants. Odder and Horsens are 15 and 25 min. drive from the house.
There is a Tesla charger with Type 2 charging socket in the carport and a 16A CEE power socket in the shed.
