Description
Architect-designed holiday home
Standing on the beach, one can sense how the holiday home follows the rise from the shore, which gives a beautiful expression and a large, spacious feeling inside the holiday home.
Interior
The living room is definitely the place where one spends the most time. According to the owner, one gets up very early to enjoy the view, which is easy to understand once you've been in the house. It's bright and lovely here - and both from the cozy seating area and from the dining area, you have the most wonderful view. Curtains are omitted in the living room, allowing the eyes to rest on the surrounding landscape without distractions. The kitchen is open to the living room, so even when cooking, one can enjoy the view. The holiday home has three good bedrooms and a nice bathroom. Here, the beautiful view is not disturbed by curtains in the living room, which allows the eyes to rest on the surrounding landscape without distractions.
Outdoors
There can't be said enough about the view - we would like to point out that from the holiday home's beautiful and large wooden terraces, you have the opportunity to enjoy outdoor life all day long. A glass wall by the covered terrace shields when it's windy. Enjoy the sunrise and don't cheat yourselves out of seeing the moon rise. At the back of the holiday home, there is also a terrace where the evening sun can be enjoyed. The holiday home also has an outdoor shower so that salt and sand can be quickly rinsed off after enjoying life on the sandy beach and taking a dip in the water - just below the holiday home.
Location
The beaches at Saksild and Rude Strand are in many ways completely unique. Here, there are sandy beaches and very shallow water, making the beach very suitable for young children. And the beach is sheltered from the westerly winds. There is a view over Aarhus Bay to Tunø and Samsø - and you can also enjoy the many pleasure boats sailing by. Within walking distance, you'll find the Waffle House with the best ice cream and Restaurant Bondehuset, known for its good Danish dishes. Close to Rude, you'll find both Odder and Aarhus with many shopping opportunities. Odder is a small trading town known for its good specialty shops and its beautiful square. Aarhus is Denmark's second-largest city - also worth a visit with major attractions such as ARoS, The Old Town, and Moesgaard Museum.
