This holiday house invites to activities and plenty of cosy times outdoor as well as indoor. Located on a good fenced plot not far from a fantastic sandy beach.
Interior
The house offers a nice small hallway and a bathroom with shower. Kitchen with light kitchen units, dining space and direct access to the living room. Spacious light bedroom with double bed and ample storage space plus an extra bedroom with single beds. Big cosy living room with wood burning stove and heat pump. From the living room you have access to a lovely terrace with a covered and several open sections. There are also two nice annexes, so this is perfect for gathering several generations. The plot is fenced and therefore well suited for children as well as for dogs.
Location / the area
The holiday house is located within bicycling distance to the market town Nykøbing Sj., where you find a cosy pedestrian street with shopping possibilities and several good eating places. The harbour area in Nykøbing is also worth a visit, f. inst. to some of the many local artists with their galleries here. Rørvig is also to be recommended. Rørvig harbour is located only 6km from the house, and here you have the possibility to buy fresh fish from the fishmonger or maybe enjoy his big fish and shellfish buffet, and the children can catch crabs from the jetty.
