Interior
Excellent duplex holiday apartment, located on the 1. and 2. floor. There is access to an east-facing and a west-facing terrace as well as a balcony. The lower level consists of a lounge and dining room with a fantastic view, a well equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a combined washing machine/tumbler. On the upper level there are two bedrooms with double beds and a big bathroom with spa and sauna. Big TV-package and good internet con­nection.

Location / the area
The maritime en­viron­ment by the harbour in Nykøbing Sj. gives you the op­portu­ni­ty for very unique ex­pe­ri­en­ces, whatever you like art, culture, kayak tours or good food. The many re­stau­rants, cafés, the theatre and the in­de­pen­dent shop on the pe­de­stri­an street in Nykøbing Sj. are within walking distance, and you can reach the lovely sandy beaches in the area within 10 minutes. But do not forget to take a walk in the Grønnehave Forest or a bicycle trip along the Isefjord, where you really get Geopark Odsherred under our skin.
