This quite fantastic holiday house is located only 60m from the wonderful sandy beach by Skærby. Here you have every possibility to be totally spoilt in stunning surroundings. It is recommended for those, who value luxury, top quality and the unique.
Interior
The house offers a lovely reception room with great opportunity for relaxation and cosy times by the gas fireplace. In open connection with the reception room you have a spacious and beautiful kitchen, where you can help each other prepare a delicious lunch. There are four nice bedrooms and two lovely bathrooms. From the reception room, kitchen and conservatory you have access to the fantastic and very sunny terrace. Here you can truly sense the special feeling of summer, sun and beach life, while you are barbecuing or just enjoying a cosy time with a nice glass of wine and letting yourself get spoilt by the massage squirts of the hot tub. Shortly, a house that cannot be described but must be experienced.

Location / the area
The holiday house is located in second row only a few metres from Skærby Beach, which is a wonderful sandy beach. If you love beach life, walks or bicycle trips, this location is perfect. A small excursion to Rørvig, only about 8 min. from the house, is highly recommended. Here you can buy fresh fish from the fishmonger, while the children are catching crabs from the jetty, or you can enjoy the delicious fish and shellfish buffet. On the pedestrian street in Nykøbing Sj. you find cafés, restaurants, entertainment and various independent shops. A visit to some of the many artists with their workshops and galleries in the harbour area is also an experience that you will remember after the holidays.
