In this light holiday apartment on the ground floor facing the harbour front and with a view of Nykøbing Bay, you will really feel at ease. You may look at the Isefjord through the French doors towards the terrace from the sofa setting as well as from the big dining table. Yes, you can even boil the morning egg or prepare the evening steak watching the water and open the double doors. In this fun­ctio­nal flat in light colours and with high ceilings, you may even sweat in the sauna, and the spa bath is just outside the sauna door, so that you can get a gentle massage and obtain new energy. When the night is falling, you find peace and quiet in the good beds in the two bedrooms, both with access to the terrace on the other side of the house.

Enjoy life outside
With terraces in front of and behind the house you may always find a place to relax and enjoy it, when the sun is out. With the location at the harbour it is not far to town with pe­de­stri­an street, theatre, music and exhi­bi­tion events, cafés and many shopping po­s­si­bi­li­ties. If you prefer a walk in the small town wood, Grønnehave Skov right across from the harbour, the trip is not far either, and here you find several marked paths such as f.inst. the Heart Path, barbecue settings, tables and benches, and furt­her­more, the wood is a dog forest, so you may walk your dog without a leash.

Get close to the local at­tra­ctions
At the end of the pe­de­stri­an street in Nykøbing you find Pakhuset in con­nection with Odsherred library, citizen service office and PAKHUS gallery.

Pakhuset is still the setting for many popular events, from Saturday jazz to quiz-evenings, children’s theatre, lectures, concerts and Friday dancing.
