The house contains a spacious sitting room with a dining section for 6. There is a wood burner and a TV plus a lot of board games for cosy evenings. Furthermore, there are 3 good bedrooms with double beds and ample storage. The kitchen is open and has a dishwasher. The elegant bathroom offers a shower. Washing machine and dryer are placed in the hallway. From the sitting room you have access to the lovely garden where the deer are crossing regularly, and where you have several terraces, covered as well as open.

The house is located in a holiday house area of great natural beauty, only 100m from one of Odsherred’s best sandy beaches. Geopark Odsherred offers an abundance of activities such as exciting walks and bicycle routes and various water activities like kayak sailing, Within walking distance you find Nykøbing Sjælland with good shopping, interesting independent shops and really good restaurants as well as the cosy yachting harbour. The region has a lot of museums and farm shops and excursion spots that present the unique landscape in the best ways. Remember a trip to Rørvig Harbour, where you can enjoy a delicious meal in one of the good fish restaurants overlooking the harbour. The children will love catching crabs from the jetty or to explore the playground. The kids would also love to visit the amusement park Sommerland Sjælland which has been elected the best family activity of the year. There is a small ice house and a cafe near the house, facing Nordstrandsvej.
