Cozy cottage located in Varbjerg, only 350 meters from the child-friendly beach. The house contains on the ground floor an entrance hall, a small bathroom, a bedroom and a combined dining and living room with wood stove, energy-saving heat pump, exit to the terrace and in open con­nection with the well-equipped kitchen with both dis­hwas­her and combined washer with dryer. To the north / east there is a re­la­ti­ve­ly secluded terrace where the morning sun and breakfast can be enjoyed. To the south / west there is a com­ple­te­ly secluded terrace, which the sun reaches from noon until sunset. Here the sound of the sea can also be heard. The 1st floor consists of a small landing and 2 good bedrooms, where from one there is access to a balcony with a view to the sea. The house is only approx. 15 minutes drive from the port city of Mid­del­fart, which is right next to the Little Belt and with many shopping op­portu­ni­ties.

The area

The small holiday home areas Bro Strand and Varbjerg Strand are located right beside each other and are situated between the towns Mid­del­fart and Bogense. In Bro Strand there are stairs to a beach with a bathing jetty. In Varbjerg there are a small marina and a nice and child-friendly beach. Mid­del­fart is 15 km away from the area with a walking street, re­stau­rants and an updated harbor front. Funen´s largest town, Odense, is 30 minutes away by car. Here you find, among others, the zoo, the house of Hans Christian Andersen and many exciting museums. Odense offers a large net of walking streets with all kinds of shops as well as nice cafés and re­stau­rants. From the town center you can go on an idyllic boat trip on the river Odense Å.
