The house is well located, only 25 m to the beach and the beautiful view across the water from the 1st floor. The cottage is built on 2 levels and contains in the living room an entrance hall with stairs to the first floor. From the entrance there is access to 3 rooms, pool area with swimming pool, spa and bathroom with sauna. In addition, there is a guest toilet and a small living room with billiards / pool table. From this living room there is access to the terrace and to another bedroom. From the corner stairs you come directly up to the house's large living room with sofa group and dining table. From here you will have a beautiful view on the water. There is a well-equipped kitchen and access to a bathroom with a nice shower and 3 rooms, one of them has a large closet wall. The plot which belongs to the house consists of a terrace and a small play area.
The area
The small holiday home areas Bro Strand and Varbjerg Strand are in direct extension of each other and are located between Middelfart and Bogense. In Bro Strand there are stairs to the beach. Varbjerg offers bicycle rental, small boat harbour and a lovely child-friendly sandy beach. Middelfart is 15 km from the area with a lovely pedestrian street, restaurants and a renovated boulevard. Fyn's largest city, Odense, is 30 minutes' drive from the area. Here you can find Odense Zoo, HC Andersens house and many exciting museums. Odense has kilometers of pedestrian streets with shops for all tastes as well as cozy cafes and restaurants. From the center it is possible to go on a cruise, a beautiful boat trip along Odense Å.
