Indoor Area
The home is spread out across the first and second floors. On the 1st floor, you will find a foyer, a large bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, and chairs, and a bathroom with a spa bath, sauna, washing machine, and dryer. Additionally, there is a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, dining area, and access to a balcony. On the 2nd floor, there are two more bedrooms, a small bathroom, and a living room with access to a balcony. The living room also features a wood-burning stove. From the living room, there is a ladder leading up to a loft with two mattresses.
Outdoor Area
In the charming market town of Bogense, you will find the Bogense Strand holiday center which holds 39 houses. Each house has 4 rental units, and this one is located on the top with the 1st and 2nd floors. The apartment has a view of the sea from the balcony, where there are also garden furniture and a grill. The area is very close to the beach, playground, and harbor, and there are good opportunities here for both grocery shopping and restaurant visits.
Location
Nearby, a new large and wide beach with fine sand has been established. Close to the apartment is the large Bogense swimming pool, which is a delight for all guests here. Bogense Marina is also nearby and can accommodate almost 800 ships. Together with the old harbor, it creates a fantastic environment with shops and restaurants. Alternatively, you can explore the town which has plenty of small townhouses, shops, and a genuine urban environment. You can go fishing, or explore the natural area of Gyldensten, and if you are the golfing type, the H.C. Andersen golf course at Gyldensten is also an option. Furthermore, all of Fyn’s many other attractions are not far away - everything can be reached within a short time and a few kilometers.
