The area
The small holiday home areas Bro Strand and Varbjerg Strand are located right beside each other and are situated between the towns Middelfart and Bogense. In Bro Strand there are stairs to a beach with a bathing jetty. In Varbjerg there are a small marina and a nice and child-friendly beach. Middelfart is 15 km away from the area with a walking street, restaurants and an updated harbor front. The largest town on Funen, Odense, is 30 minutes away by car. Here you find, among others, the zoo, the house of Hans Christian Andersen and many exciting museums. Odense offers a large net of walking streets with all kinds of shops as well as nice cafés and restaurants. From the town center you can go on an idyllic boat trip on the river Odense Å.
