Beautiful holiday home with activity room and outdoor hot tub

Beautiful holiday home built in 2010 with outdoor hot tub. The house is located near the beach in the holiday area Varbjerg / Bro Strand. The house includes a cozy and large living room with high ceiling and wood burning stove, a kitchen in opening with the living room, 4 bedrooms all with TV and DVD and a large loft. Furt­her­more, there are 2 bathrooms. One of them contains a spa bath and sauna. There is a large activity room including table tennis, foosball table and Nintendo. There are heated floors throug­hout the whole house. From the living room there is access to the terrace area that surrounds the house. From both the house and garden there are views to the sea.

The area
The small holiday home areas Bro Strand and Varbjerg Strand are located right beside each other and are situated between the towns Mid­del­fart and Bogense. In Bro Strand there are stairs to a beach with a bathing jetty. In Varbjerg there are a small marina and a nice and child-friendly beach. Mid­del­fart is 15 km away from the area with a walking street, re­stau­rants, and an updated harbor front. Funen´s largest town, Odense, is 30 minutes away by car. Here you find, among others, the zoo, the house of Hans Christian Andersen and many exciting museums. Odense offers a large net of walking streets with all kinds of shops as well as nice cafés and re­stau­rants. From the town center you can go on an idyllic boat trip on the river Odense Å.

Acti­vi­ties in the area
As a tenant you have free access to a play­gro­und, a ball field, a beach volley field, pétanque field and a fire pit. The area is a good base for trips to i.e. LEGOLAND®, which is an hour away by car from Bro Strand.
