Beautiful and well-kept holiday home, located in the popular holiday area Hasmark, with only 300 meters to the beach. The house contains an entrance hall, a well-equipped kitchen in open con­nection with the dining area and the living room with wood stove and energy-saving heat pump. This house contains 3 good bedrooms, a guest toilet and a large bathroom with whirlpool, sauna and washing machine. From the terrace there is direct access to a good annex with 2 more beds. In the house there is also a good loft with mattres­ses. There is access from both the living room and dining room to a large, new wooden terrace of approx. 90 m2 with several cozy nooks and to the garden with a large lawn that invites to ball games and play.

On the lawn there is a double swing for the kids and a basket for disc golf. At the carport there is an outdoor kitchen table and sink with cold water.

The area

In Hasmark there are really nice swimming and fishing op­portu­ni­ties along the coast. A really nice house on a good location close to the beach. It is only 20 km to Odense with shopping center, pe­de­stri­an street, re­stau­rants, museums and zoo. The area Hasmark Strand is one of Funen's at­tra­cti­ve holiday home areas with a lovely child-friendly sandy beach. In extension of Hasmark Strand is Enebærodde, a protected nature area that can only be reached on foot. At Hasmark beach you have extremely good fishing op­portu­ni­ties. At Hasmark Camping there is a re­stau­rant, shopping op­portu­ni­ties and a large water park, which can be used for a fee. 8 km from Hasmark is the town of Otterup with several good shopping op­portu­ni­ties and re­stau­rants. Odense, which is Funen's largest city, is 18 km from the area with lots of sights and shopping op­portu­ni­ties.
