On the ground floor, you will find a foyer leading to an open kitchen connected to the living and dining area, which has a fireplace, an energy-efficient heat pump, and access to the terrace. There is also a bedroom, a utility room with a washing machine and dryer, and a large bathroom with both a spa bath and sauna. On the first floor, you will find 2 ad­di­tio­nal bedrooms and an ad­di­tio­nal toilet.

Outdoor Area

As a tenant of "Strandgårdshusene," you have free access to a shared tennis court, play­gro­und, sports court, beach vol­ley­ball court, petanque court, and a bonfire area. The house has a small terrace with garden furniture, a grill, and a parasol.

Location

The small holiday home areas of Bro Beach and Varbjerg Beach are directly adjacent to each other and are located between Mid­del­fart and Bogense. Bro Beach has stairs leading to a beach with a bathing bridge. Varbjerg offers a small boat harbor and a lovely child-friendly and sandy beach. The village of Brenderup is only 3 km from the area and provides you with an op­portu­ni­ty for grocery shopping at the local grocery store, or get a lovely pizza from the local pizzeria, and lastly do not forget to bring home a lovely freshly baked loaf from the bakery. Mid­del­fart is 15 km from the area, offering a charming pe­de­stri­an street, re­stau­rants, and a renovated wa­ter­front. A 30-minute drive from the area takes you to Odense, the largest city on Fyn. Here, you will find Odense Zoo, H. C. An­der­sen's House, and many exciting museums. Odense has ki­lo­me­ters worth of pe­de­stri­an streets with shops for every taste, as well as cozy cafes and re­stau­rants. From the city center, you can take a boat trip along the Odense River.
