Description
Here you can live in a charming large beach house from 1956 with lots of soul and tranquility and a unique location.
Welcome inside
At the end of the road in the first row to the water you will find the 'Northern Lights'. Here the whole family can spend a holiday together and enjoy each other's company, and if you need a nap or just want to read a book, there is plenty of opportunity to retreat to one of the 3 good bedrooms or sit in the 'library', which is furnished with bookshelves and a bench with a sea view. In the house's living room, which is spacious and well-furnished with a nice large sofa and a cozy wood-burning stove, you will find the perfect atmosphere for coziness and togetherness. Here is SmartTV and WIFI. From both the living room and the kitchen you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea, and here you have access to two lovely terraces and an undisturbed garden. The house has 2 bathrooms - one on the ground floor and one on the 1st floor. The bedroom on the first floor is also so large that it also contains a small living room and cozy nooks for relaxing and reading.
Enjoy life outside
You can go directly out onto two lovely terraces and into the undisturbed garden, where you can enjoy the sun and harvest the garden's countless gifts in the form of fruit, nuts and berries. Here you can sit and enjoy the day's meals, and when darkness falls and the calm subsides, you can enjoy the roar of the sea and the starry sky. There are kayaks at the house for free use. You can start the day with a swim and watch the sunrise at the house. Enjoy lovely walks along the beach, which is one of the joys of living directly next to Ulvshale Strand.
Get close to the local experiences
In Ulvshale you are surrounded by protected meadows, forests and close to the sea. Stege By is just approx. 6 km from the house, and here you can stock up on one of the many supermarkets, restaurants/cafes or simply enjoy the trading life of the market town and the famous Tuesday markets in high season.
