You will have a bright and welcoming setting for cozy moments when you choose this nicely renovated holiday home as your next vacation desti­na­tion. From the living room, you can enjoy the view of the North Sea, and just wait until you climb to the top of the dune plot, where you can really take in the panoramic view of Grønhøj's rolling dune landscape.

Welcome inside
You will have plenty of op­portu­ni­ty to watch how the sunlight changes across the landscape throug­hout the day, as the house is equipped with large windows that invite the sur­ro­un­dings inside. The living area is divided into two levels, with the living room on the lower level and the kitchen-dining area on the upper level. By the cozy dining area is a wood-burning stove that can spread warmth while you enjoy a nice meal or play a game of Yahtzee. The handle-free kitchen is one of the im­prove­ments made during the renova­tion in 2020, when the house was also optimized with new floors, windows, and a terrace. A nice bathroom with a shower and two good bedrooms are part of the layout, making the house ideal for four adults. The house is not suitable for children.

Enjoy life outside
A large, partially covered terrace area extends around the holiday home, offering plenty of seating options – whether you want to barbecue, sunbathe, or enjoy a cool drink in the shade. The sur­ro­un­dings are beautiful wherever you are, but if you really want to make the most of the sea view, head up the stairs to the top of the dune and sit on the bench to take it all in.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
The sur­ro­un­dings are pi­c­tu­resque and peaceful here at the end of the private Monasvej. As the sea view shows, the house is about 300 meters from Grønhøj Beach, so it only takes a few minutes to walk through the dune landscape and down to the roaring North Sea. The wide beach offers plenty of space for playing, running, and sun­bat­hing, and driving is allowed, so you can take a stun­ning­ly beautiful drive along the coast towards either Blokhus or Løkken. The peaceful holiday home area at Grønhøj is situated between the two seaside towns, so if you feel like shopping, having an ice cream, or dining out, you can easily get to Blokhus or Løkken in no time.

Remember that you can always borrow wagons, high chairs, and baby beds from us at Fe­ri­e­part­ner Løkken. You can pick them up directly at the office and return them to us when your holiday is over.
