The holiday home has been beautifully renovated and built with quality as the key element, and you can easily sense that the owners have added their personal touch to the interior. Everywhere you look, there are good and well-maintained furniture and modern amenities, such as free and wireless internet. The large, open living area with kitchen, dining table, and living room is centrally located and will quickly become the family’s gathering spot. The living room has a cozy sofa arrangement with plenty of seating, perfect for spending cool evenings in front of the TV or reading a good book by the warmth of the wood-burning stove. The house also features two bathrooms, four bedrooms, two loft areas, and has direct access to two terraces. Families with children will appreciate the dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, and the bed and chair for the little ones. Overall, this is a suitable and functional holiday home for an unforgettable family vacation in Northern Jutland.
From the living room, you have access to the house’s pool room. A lovely space with lots of light and a view of the garden through large windows. The pool is 19m², offering plenty of space for splashing and playing, and when the water starts to feel a little cold, you can head into the warm sauna in the adjacent bathroom. For the adults, we recommend filling up the hot tub to unwind after a long day at the beach or in the forest.
Enjoy life outside
On the large natural plot, there is almost a guarantee of a fun outdoor life. With a playhouse, sandbox, swing, and trampoline, all options are covered. The holiday home is nicely sheltered by the tall trees that surround most of the plot, and the sun can be enjoyed on the two terraces. The one in the southeast corner has a covered part, while the east-facing one is ideal for your morning coffee.
Get up close to the local attractions
Grønhøj is a lovely, quiet, and peaceful area situated between the larger tourist towns of Løkken and Blokhus. The nature here is stunning, making it perfect for long walks in the hilly landscape. For example, take a trip to the protected “Lille Norge” or the viewpoint at “Guldagerhøj,” where you will be rewarded with the most beautiful view over Jammerbugten. Just a stone’s throw from the house is Grønhøj Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in all of Northern Jutland. There are also many small hollows in the dunes where you can enjoy the sun completely undisturbed. Nearby is also the Grønhøj Strand Holiday Center, where you can play mini-golf and tennis. Furthermore, Grønhøj is centrally located for many attractions in Northern Jutland, from Faarup Sommerland just a few kilometers away to a slightly longer drive to Skagen in the north.
Don’t forget that you can always borrow hand carts, high chairs, and baby cots from us at Feriepartner Løkken. You can pick them up directly at our office and return them once your holiday is over.
