Description
Sea, dune grass-covered hills, and idyllic peace: This lovely holiday home is situated in beautiful and undisturbed surroundings on the closed Madsinesvej in Grønhøj. The house is a true classic holiday home with a cozy atmosphere, and from both the living room and the terrace, you have a view of the water.
Welcome inside
We have to go all the way back to 1976 to find the year the house was built, and since then, it has been well maintained. The interior of the house is cozily furnished, and the view of the beautiful dune landscape and the sea on the horizon certainly helps make the holiday feeling perfect. You can, among other things, see the sea from the living room, which is furnished with a wood-burning stove, heat pump, and a TV with both Chromecast and satellite. A functionally designed kitchen is also part of the living area, and the layout also includes a bathroom with a shower and three bedrooms.
Enjoy life outside
Part of the 1840 m² large plot is simply kept with a lawn, and the rest almost merges with the surrounding dune landscape. Near the holiday home, there are several terraces to choose from: One is partially covered with a sea view, while others are completely open, so during your stay, you can move around depending on the wind and weather.
Get up close to the local attractions
Madsinesvej is a small, closed gravel road leading straight down to Grønhøj Beach. If the house’s sea view makes you want to explore the coast, it’s time to head out. It won’t take many minutes before you’re standing in the sand with the mighty North Sea in front of you – and if you’re quick to change clothes, you can soon be out swimming and splashing in the waves. Grønhøj is a quiet and scenic place to spend your holiday, and Løkken is just a short drive away if you’re in the mood for a holiday vibe, shopping, and restaurant visits.
Remember, you can always borrow wagons, high chairs, and baby cots from us at Feriepartner Løkken. You can pick them up directly at the office and return them to us once your holiday is over.
