But it’s not only the location that’s at­tra­cti­ve – the house itself is a well-designed property that was renovated and expanded in the winter of 2020-2021.

Welcome inside
The newly renovated extension includes a brand-new entrance, a modern bathroom, and a large bedroom, which adds a luxurious touch to the two existing bedrooms. In the original part of the house, there’s another bathroom, and the living area continues to serve as a lovely, social gathering spot with an open-plan kitchen and living room. The at­mosp­he­re is light and inviting in the living area, which features vaulted ceilings and large windows that invite the sun inside and offer views of the beautiful coastal landscape.

Enjoy life outside
The holiday home and its attached garage sit on a large, flat plot with rose hips and a grassy lawn. The lawn area offers plenty of space for playing and ball games, though you may prefer to relax on the terraces sur­ro­un­ding the house. The terraces are also sheltered, which can be a nice detail if you have small children with you on holiday.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
Løkken Beach and the North Sea are no more than 250 meters away, so you can truly say you’re living close to the water. From Emil Nielsens Vej, there’s even a path that leads directly down to the sand, so it doesn’t get much easier to take a morning or evening dip in the blue waves. Løkken Beach is known for its cha­ra­cte­ri­stic white beach houses and the large pier, which after a major renova­tion, has become a popular spot for both tourists and locals. If you want to head into Løkken, you can choose to walk along the beach, drive, or cycle the short distance to the exciting town center with its shops and great selection of re­stau­rants. Ad­di­tio­nal­ly, just a short distance from the house, you can play footgolf and regular golf, go bowling, drive go-karts, visit galleries, or explore the local plan­ta­tions on foot or by bike.
