You have an unobstructed view of the North Sea when you spend your holiday in this bright, stylish, and modern holiday home at Annavej 10. The house is located right at the top of the dunes south of Løkken, and from both the house and the terraces, you can enjoy the most beautiful panoramic view of the water, the beach, and the rolling coastal landscape. From here, you can enjoy both the sunrise and the sunset.
Welcome inside
The light on the west coast is something special, and you’ll quickly experience this when you stay right at the edge of the dunes looking out towards Løkken Beach. The well-designed house, which measures 81 m² spread across the ground floor and basement, is equipped with large windows facing north, south, and west, so from the living room, you not only have a view of the sea, but also a breathtaking overview of the coastline and into the town of Løkken. The bright living room is open to a well-equipped kitchen, and on the same floor, you will find a bathroom with a shower and two bedrooms with a total of four sleeping spaces. The spacious and bright basement, which you can access from the dune property, features another bedroom, a bathroom, a large entrance hall, and a practical utility room with a washing machine and dryer. If you want to rinse off after a swim in the North Sea or just enjoy a warm outdoor shower, you can simply jump under the house's outdoor shower.
Enjoy life outside
A holiday here offers you plenty of opportunities to completely relax in a natural and peaceful setting. The house is secluded, and the last meters up to the house must be walked when the car is parked in the private parking space that belongs to the house. The terrace area spreads around the house, so you can sit exactly where the sun conditions are best. A low fence shields the terrace, and thanks to the glass partition facing the sea, you still have that fantastic view, no matter where you look.
Get up close to the local attractions
It’s just a matter of following the small paths through the dunes when you want to head down to the beach or fancy a swim. The walk only takes a moment. If you want to go to the town of Løkken, you can also consider walking there. Walking along the beach, you pass the long row of white bathhouses that are so characteristic of Løkken, and when you reach the beautiful pier, you have arrived at another of the town's fine landmarks. The popular seaside town offers a good selection of restaurants and shops in the center, and there are plenty of holiday activities nearby. At the pier, there is a surf school and other water activities, Løkken’s lovely swimming pool is also worth a visit, and on the outskirts of Løkken, you’ll find Action House, where you can play laser tag, race go-karts, and much more. Last but not least, Fårup Sommerland is only about 13 km away.
Remember, you can always borrow wagons, high chairs, and baby cots from us at Feriepartner Løkken. You can pick them up directly at the office and return them to us when your holiday is over.
