The house is well-main­tai­ned and today presents itself in good quality with all the necessary and modern amenities, from dis­hwas­her, washing machine, and tumble dryer to free and wireless internet, which espe­ci­al­ly the slightly older children will ap­pre­ci­a­te. The large and open living space, which consists of a kitchen, dining area, and living room, will quickly become the central room where the family gathers for cozy times and to­get­her­ness – perhaps with a fire in the stove if you're on holiday outside the season. The living room has large panoramic windows and a large double patio door, which together let in plenty of light into the room, and with the owners' attention to fine details in the decor, there is a pleasant and warm at­mosp­he­re here. In addition to two bedrooms with a double bed and two single beds, the house has a new extension with a large chil­dren's room with a bunk bed and toys, as well as a beautiful bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub. This new section is designed with wide doors and plenty of space for playing on the floor and for moving around; really child-friendly and fun­ctio­nal!

Enjoy life outside
The large natural plot is dominated by a beautiful lawn and is sur­ro­un­ded by trees that provide both good shelter from the west wind and the op­portu­ni­ty to move around in peace and quiet away from neighbors and passersby. On three sides of the house runs a lovely wooden terrace, so you can follow the sun around most of the day. Several sets of garden furniture and a barbecue are available, and for the children, there is both a sandbox, a swing, and plenty of space for ball games and tag.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
Al­vil­da­vej is located just south of Løkken, a won­der­ful­ly central location for many great and fun ex­pe­ri­en­ces in one of Jam­mer­bugt's most charming areas. From the house, it's just a short distance to Nybæk Plan­ta­tion, where you can take some great walks; in the opposite direction, but only 650 meters from the house, is Løkken Beach, where you can swim, wade, and play in the dunes. In the summer, you are just a few hundred meters from the summer shop at Løkken Klit Camping, and nearby you’ll also find Løkken Golf Club and Løkken FootGolf, the po­s­si­bi­li­ties are many. In Løkken town, you can do your grocery shopping, eat, and shop, and in the summer, the town buzzes with real holiday vibes around the central square.

Remember, you can always borrow hand carts, high chairs, and baby cots from us at Fe­ri­e­part­ner Løkken. You can pick them up directly at the office and return them to us when your holiday is over.
