Welcome inside
The 70 m² summerhouse has been situated on this idyllic spot since 1972 and was renovated in 2021. Despite the refresh, it has retained its classic character, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere indoors – exactly how a real summerhouse should feel. The layout includes three comfortable bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. Naturally, there is also a kitchen, which is open to the living area. It’s a wonderful place to be in any weather – whether it’s the summer sun inviting you to fling open the patio doors or the early autumn chill calling for cozy evenings on the sofa with hot cocoa and a crackling fire in the woodstove.
Enjoy life outside
To the south and west of the summerhouse, you can enjoy the sun and relax on the terraces equipped with garden furniture, sun loungers, a grill, and a parasol. The lawn near the summerhouse is well-maintained, perfect for ball games or lounging on a blanket. The remainder of the 2,200 m² plot has been preserved as a natural site. A portion of the property is fenced, providing a safe area for a small dog to roam freely.
Get up close to the local attractions
Zobelvej is a cul-de-sac on the edge of the Rubjerg area, giving this summerhouse one of the closest addresses to the coast. The steep Lønstrup Cliff, the name of the coastal slope in this area, makes the coastal landscape both dramatic and stunning – with a fantastic view over the mighty North Sea from the top. For nature lovers and active types, the area is perfect for hiking. A must-visit is Rubjerg Knude, rising 90 meters above the sea. If you’re not spending all your time at the beach or in nature, you’ll have easy access to Løkken and Lønstrup, both charming excursion destinations.
