Welcome inside
The summer house is spacious and open with beautiful panoramic windows that let in plenty of light and offer a lovely view of the landscape in Nr. Lyngby. The entire house is heated with geothermal energy, ensuring a comfortable indoor climate at all times. There's also the option to light the wood-burning stove in the living room, creating a cozy atmosphere. The kitchen, located in the center of the house, is equipped with high-quality appliances and has direct access to the dining area and living room. At each end of the house, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom, allowing families traveling together to have their own little section of the house. One bathroom features a spa bath and a sauna, while the other bathroom has a washing machine and a dryer installed. In the living room, there is a large sofa and several armchairs, providing a comfortable space where you can gather around the TV and watch a movie. There's also free Wi-Fi, so feel free to bring tablets and laptops. The summer house’s extra living area has been transformed into a fun activity room. Here, the whole family can find something to enjoy; with pool, table tennis, air hockey, and electronic darts to choose from, it's easy to spend hours having a great time. Not many summer houses are equipped with such a wide variety of games and activities.
Enjoy life outside
A major highlight of the summer house is the large, open tiled terrace. Here, you have plenty of opportunities to enjoy many wonderful hours outdoors, and in the evenings, you can move to the small covered section. There's also an outdoor sink, perfect for preparing a delicious meal, especially useful for cleaning and preparing freshly caught or bought fish. The terrace has exits from the living room and activity room, offering a clear view of the surrounding nature, as well as the local wildlife. For the kids, there’s a sandbox and a swing set, and the lawn is large enough for ball games and other space-demanding activities.
Get up close to the local attractions
The summer house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac on Helledievej. Helledievej is situated in a relatively new summer house area with rich animal and bird life – don’t be surprised if curious animals come close to the house. You are only 500 meters away from the lovely sandy beach in Nr. Lyngby, and whether you want to swim or just take a long walk along the shore, the North Sea is fascinating all year round. Rubjerg Knude, the large moving sand dune, is practically in your backyard, and a visit to Lønstrup offers cozy cafes, numerous galleries, and working workshops. For children, we recommend a trip to Faarup Sommerland, Denmark's favorite amusement park, featuring roller coasters, river rafting, bouncy cushions, an outdoor water park, and much, much more.
