Here there is a dining area and sofa area, as well as access to the summer house's beautiful terrace. In the dining room is a cozy wood-burning stove, as well as access to the house's loft. In addition, the house has a large bathroom with wc, shower, spa bath, sauna and washing machine. Next, the house has 3 good bedrooms, with a double bed in two of the bedrooms and 2 single beds in the last bedroom.

The holiday home is situated on a 749 m² garden plot. Furt­her­more, there is a beautiful terrace for the summer house, which has both a covered terrace with entrance to the living room and kitchen, as well as a large terrace halfway around the holiday home. On the terrace you will find garden furniture, barbecue and deck chairs. In the garden there is room for a lot of acti­vi­ties.

Fantastic location with sea view and only 200 meters to the water. With a fantastic location in the unique summer house area Nysted Strand­hu­se, the holiday home is located approx. 1000 meters from the cozy market town, Nysted, which has lots of beautiful areas, places to eat and charming buildings. From the holiday home and the inviting terrace there is a view of the Baltic Sea, and it doesn't take many minutes to walk down to the good bathing beach with jetty.
