The holiday home appears in­cre­di­bly neat and well-main­tai­ned. The main house has been in­te­gra­ted with a former out­bu­il­ding, and at the spacious entrance, there is a utility room, a bathroom, and two bedrooms. One of the rooms has a double bed, and the other has a single sofa bed. There is also a TV where you can watch programs via a shared antenna. In these two bedrooms, there is a ladder leading up to a loft with a mattress. This division makes the house in­te­r­e­sting for two families or families with older children. To the right of the entrance, there is a hallway leading to a guest toilet, and from the hallway, you enter the spacious and bright kitchen with a pantry, ideal for storing food. From the kitchen, you have access to a dining area, where a wide staircase leads up to the first floor with a large bedroom with a double bed and a large bathroom. The house has a beautiful and bright living room and an ad­di­tio­nal large dining area where the whole family can gather. From here, there is also access to the garden. Enjoy life outside
In the beautiful and enclosed garden of 467 m², you can enjoy the West Coast sun sheltered from the wind. There is a lawn and two lovely terraces, where you can always catch the sun from morning until evening. From the garden, there is access to a 17 m² shed, and the large carport and driveway provide ample space for two cars.

The central location makes this townhouse highly at­tra­cti­ve. From here, it is within walking distance to both the beautiful wide sandy beach and Løkken center with shopping options and re­stau­rants, yet the house is located at the end of a small, quiet cul-de-sac. Løkken is also a great starting point for excur­sions around North Jutland: Skagen, Aalborg, the east coast, and many small, cozy holiday towns.

Remember, you can always borrow wagons, high chairs, and baby beds from us at Fe­ri­e­part­ner Løkken. You can pick them up directly at the office and return them when your vacation is over.
