Next to the living room, you can step into a cozy con­ser­va­tory, where a bio­et­ha­nol fireplace spreads warmth and at­mosp­he­re – perfect for quiet evenings with a cup of hot cocoa and a good book. The con­ser­va­tory extends the season and is ideal whether you want to enjoy the last rays of spring sun or warm up on autumn evenings. The house also has a practical laundry room with an entrance from the terrace, making it easy to wash off the sand after a trip to the beach. The annex, which is separate from the main house, has its own bedroom and guest toilet, providing extra space and privacy if you have guests or older children with you. This creates a perfect balance between shared coziness and the op­portu­ni­ty to retreat and enjoy the peace.
