Welcome inside
The house was ready to welcome holiday guests in 2023, and if you take just a quick glance at the pictures, it’s clear how it has been built with great attention to quality and aesthetic finesse. The her­ring­bo­ne parquet floors adorn the space, the large windows invite plenty of daylight inside, and the high ceilings go all the way to the ridge. Ad­di­tio­nal­ly, there’s stylish interior design with a con­si­stent modern style. The layout offers four spacious bedrooms and two luxurious bathrooms, one of which has a bathtub. There’s also a spacious utility room, but most of the square footage is dedicated to the large living area where the living room and kitchen are combined. Toward the dining area, a cozy nook has been created where you can relax or read stories to the children, and worth men­tio­ning is the built-in fireplace in the sofa area, which, together with hot cocoa, board games, and movies, can turn a grey day into the perfect break from everyday life.

Enjoy life outside
The plot is won­der­ful­ly quiet at the end of the closed Junivej, so if you want to relax and enjoy the sunshine, this is a great place to stay. Around the house, there are several sun-drenched terraces to choose from, and the glass doors make it easy to step outside. Even from one of the bathrooms, you can open a door and step right outside – and just beside it, you’ll find an outdoor shower if you want to take a morning bath in the fresh air or rinse off after coming back from the beach. There’s also a garage for the car if you don’t just want to park it in the driveway.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
From Junivej, it only takes a few minutes to walk to the coast, so whether you want to admire the sunset from the outer row of dunes or head all the way down to the beach to swim and build sandcast­les, you can get there quickly. For a pleasant walk, you can follow the rows of white beach houses towards Løkken Harbor – and you might be lucky enough to arrive just when the fishing boat comes in with freshly caught fish or crab claws. The summer house is also within walking distance to Løkken’s charming town center, so a good cup of café coffee, a gallery visit, or a re­stau­rant lunch is never far away.

Remember, you can always borrow wagons, high chairs, and baby cots from us at Fe­ri­e­part­ner Løkken. You can pick them up directly at the office and return them to us when your vacation is over.
