Welcome inside
The 150 m2 holiday home was suc­ces­sful­ly mo­der­nized in 2021, making it bright and inviting. The layout is perfect for eight people, with four bedrooms, three with double beds and the fourth with a bunk bed. There is a bathroom at each end of the house, and in the largest one, the corner hot tub and sauna will enhance your holiday ex­pe­ri­en­ce. The house also features a practical utility room, and right next to it, there is a well-equipped kitchen that is open to the living room. The at­mosp­he­re here is espe­ci­al­ly bright and airy, thanks to the high ceiling and the large south-facing windows that invite the sun inside and offer a view of the scenic holiday home area. With the wood stove, flat-screen TV, and com­fortab­le sofas, it's perfect for cozying up and relaxing indoors, and the garden doors make it easy to step out onto the terrace when the weather is good.

Enjoy life outside
Around the holiday home, there are several lovely terraces to choose from, so you can sit wherever it’s sunniest and most sheltered. The south terrace is sure to quickly become a favorite, as it is extra-large and partially covered, and it overlooks the green area that borders the plot. If you brought balls, Frisbees, or Viking games, you can play on the lawn, and the gravel area on the plot is large enough to park several cars.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
From the gated Karinavej, you have easy access to Grønhøj Beach – even by car, as it's possible to drive right onto the beach if you dream of bringing a cooler, beach tent, sun loungers, and eve­ryt­hing else. However, you can also take the walk through the dune landscape to stretch your legs before you lounge on the sand and dip in the North Sea. On the way back, you can stop by the local ice cream kiosk, or if you prefer, continue on to Løkken or Blokhus to ex­pe­ri­en­ce the lively holiday at­mosp­he­re and dine at a re­stau­rant.

Remember, you can always borrow wagons, high chairs, and baby cots from us at Fe­ri­e­part­ner Løkken. You can pick them up directly at the office and return them after your holiday is over.
