Welcome inside
The summer house fits perfectly into the townscape with its classic yellow facade, white-paned windows, and red tile roof. Built in 1938, the interior clearly shows that the house has been mo­der­nized and beau­ti­ful­ly decorated. All rooms are bright and inviting, including the living area, which consists of a kitchen and two living rooms in an open-plan design. These spaces feature un­der­floor heating, and a bio­et­ha­nol fireplace adds both warmth and a cozy at­mosp­he­re as you gather around the dining table with delicious food or board games. Upstairs, you’ll find two com­fortab­le bedrooms and a toilet, while the house’s wing contains a bathroom and an ad­di­tio­nal bedroom, charming with high wooden paneling and a loft.

Enjoy life outside
The 450 m² plot is fully enclosed with fences and hedges, and the terrace and parking area are paved. The terrace is sheltered behind the summer house, making it a lovely spot to bask in the sun and relax all day – perhaps only in­ter­rup­ted by small trips to the beach or to buy ice cream.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
Nord­lys­vej is a small, peaceful street leading directly to Løkken Beach, so the walk to the North Sea takes only a few minutes. If you want to start your day with a morning swim, it’s easily done before breakfast, and if you want to play in the sand or take walks along the coast, it’s wonderful to have the beach so close. If you feel like having lunch at an outdoor café, you can quickly walk to Løkken’s town center, where you’ll find a good selection of shops and re­stau­rants. The summer house is also a short distance from the nearest su­per­mar­ket and Action House, which features a huge go-kart track, bowling alleys, a playland, and much more.

Remember, you can always borrow wagons, high chairs, and baby cots from us at Fe­ri­e­part­ner Løkken. You can pick them up directly at the office and return them to us when your holiday is over.
