Welcome inside
The at­tra­cti­ve location is far from the only quality of this house. It is a spacious and par­ti­cu­lar­ly charming property that has been situated here since 1905. Since then, it has been beau­ti­ful­ly renovated with respect for the house’s history, making it a de­light­ful place to spend your holiday. The house is set high in the landscape and features a multi-level layout. At the very top, you’ll enjoy a lovely view from the cozy first-floor living room. On one side, you can take in the sea view, while on the other, you can gaze out over the city’s rooftops and green sur­ro­un­dings. On the ground floor, you can also enjoy views of red rooftops and green wild rose bushes while cooking in the stylish kitchen or relaxing at the dining table. In addition to the living areas, the house offers two bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub.

Enjoy life outside
The charming garden is terraced, with stairs leading from the garage to the house. A few more steps bring you to the house’s lovely south-facing terrace, sur­ro­un­ded by fencing and wind-pro­tecti­ve screening. Garden furniture, sun loungers, and a grill are, of course, available, so you can fully enjoy your holiday life.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
Ro­me­da­hls­vej is a small, closed road, and just one house away, you’ll find yourself looking out over rolling dune grass and the mighty North Sea. The short distance to the water makes it easy to take a re­fres­hing dip before your morning coffee—or al­ter­na­ti­ve­ly, a stroll along the shore if the weather isn’t suited for swimming. The walk could, for example, take you to the nearby pier, where you can look far out over the sea and the beautiful coastline. You can also wander into the cozy streets of the town to browse shops or settle in at a de­light­ful re­stau­rant. If you prefer to cook for yourself, the su­per­mar­ket is just a three-minute walk away.

Remember, at Fe­ri­e­part­ner Løkken, you can always borrow wagons, hig­h­chairs, and cots. You can pick them up directly at our office and return them after your holiday.
