This modern holiday home, built in 2009, invites a suc­ces­sful vacation for the whole family. The focal point is the open kitchen-dining area with large, beautiful windows that truly let in the northern light and create a lovely at­mosp­he­re. Here, you’ll find a heat pump, un­der­floor heating, and the option to light the wood stove. The house is suitable for 8 people, with three bedrooms and a mezzanine that is espe­ci­al­ly popular among the younger family members. There is both a guest toilet and a spacious bathroom with a lovely spa bath, perfect for re­laxa­tion after a summer day by the sea or in the garden. The house is also equipped with a washing machine, dryer, dis­hwas­her, satellite TV, and, of course, wireless internet for your con­ve­ni­en­ce.

Enjoy life outside
On the 2500 m² natural plot, there is plenty of room for both re­laxa­tion and various acti­vi­ties. For the little ones, there is a swing, slide, and the option to set up a net for a family game of vol­ley­ball or badminton. A partially screened terrace winds around the house, and there is always a sunny spot or a shaded area to find, depending on your needs. The covered section is perfect for barbecues and long, warm evenings. There is ample parking at the house, as well as the option to use the carport.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
Løkken is one of Denmark’s largest holiday towns, with plenty of life and at­mosp­he­re during the summer. The house is located south of the town in a large and popular holiday home area. With this location, you can switch between the peace and quiet of the house and more activity in the town whenever it fits your schedule. From the house, it’s just a few ki­lo­me­ters to Løkken Golf Club and a little further to Denmark’s best amusement park, Faarup Som­mer­land. Løkken Beach is within walking distance and is one of Denmark’s best beaches, with white sand, blue waves, and high dunes, offering op­portu­ni­ties for windsur­fing, kite flying, and many other fun ex­pe­ri­en­ces.

Remember, you can always borrow wagons, high chairs, and baby cots from us at Fe­ri­e­part­ner Løkken. You can pick them up directly from the office and return them once your vacation is over.
