The house features a stunning kitchen/living room area combined with the lounge, creating an amazing sense of space. From here, you have direct access to the house’s fantastic terrace areas. The bathroom is stylishly designed with a washer-dryer combo, shower corner, and un­der­floor heating. Ad­di­tio­nal­ly, the house includes a guest toilet, which can ONLY be accessed from the terrace. The house offers three bedrooms. The living room also features a wood-burning stove for cozy evenings. This is a truly beautiful sum­mer­hou­se, perfect for your holiday stay.

Enjoy life outside
One of the house’s most di­stin­cti­ve features is the large terrace areas that stretch around three sunny sides of the house. These terraces are equipped with plenty of outdoor furniture, a grill, a parasol, sun loungers, and more, creating a fantastic outdoor en­viron­ment. The large lawn is ideal for ball games.

The sum­mer­hou­se is located on a lovely dune plot with a grass area south of the holiday town of Løkken, just 450 m from the sea. This superb central location allows you to feel secluded and un­dis­tur­bed while enjoying your meals on the terrace. The house is within a short distance of local at­tra­ctions and Løkken’s vibrant town center, which is always worth a visit.
