Welcome inside
his 150 m² holiday home is built in a modern style with a mix of raw brick walls, long vertical wood panels, and large glass windows. All the equipment is modern and of high quality, which is why this holiday home is placed in our luxury category. The house is divided into two sections, connected by a hallway with a glass façade that allows fantastic light to flood the interior. In the larger section, you will find an open-plan kitchen and living room, three bedrooms, and a bathroom, while in the smaller section, there is a bedroom and a larger bathroom with a sunken bathtub (without jets) and a sauna; this part of the house can be used as an adult section. This holiday home is truly unique, with its structure, interior, and style coming together in a har­moni­ous way. It must simply be ex­pe­ri­en­ced!

Enjoy life outside
From the many glass facades of the holiday home, you have a direct view of the large dune plot, which borders the beach in Grønhøj. The house features a terrace that wraps around the entire property, so it's always possible to find a spot in the sun or sheltered from the pre­vai­ling winds, which can be brisk when you're so close to the North Sea.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
he beach is just 60 meters away from the house, easily accessed via the private path, and a morning or evening dip in the sea is almost a must with such a short distance! The entire area around Grønhøj is dominated by beautiful nature with hills, wetlands, dune plan­ta­tions, and forests, making it a paradise for hikers. If you're in­te­r­e­sted in art, Munkens Gallery is just a short distance from the house, and there are plenty of galleries, antique shops, or exciting working studios in the area. In Løkken, you'll find great shopping op­portu­ni­ties, re­stau­rants, and a golf club. If you're traveling with children, they can enjoy bowling and go-karting at Action House, or spend a day at Denmark's best amusement park, Fårup Som­mer­land near Saltum.

Remember, that you can always borrow pull wagons, high chairs, and cots from us at Fe­ri­e­part­ner Løkken. You can pick them up directly at our office and return them at the end of your holiday.
