Spacious 2-story house for 20 persons, situated on a natural plot 5 km from Lohals with a view to the sea, and with swimming pool and sauna. The house is on the outskirts of the village Snøde on North Langeland close to the local grocery store.

The house is built in 1930 and has been con­ti­nuous­ly renovated. The ground floor has a large living room with fireplace. The pool area is the eastern point of the house. The pool has aprox. 30 m2 with also a chil­dren's pool and a large sauna. From the pool area there is a door to the garden. On the ground floor there are also a kitchen-dining, 4 bathrooms with tiled floors and three bedrooms. From the living room there is access to the first floor, where there are four of the bedrooms and a long hallway over­look­ing the fireplace area. From the kitchen-living room there is access to a second floor with two bedrooms. The house is only 500 meters from a lovely beach.

The Area
The house is situated in calm and idyllic sur­ro­un­dings sur­ro­un­ded by fields and only 500 metres away from a nice beach. Langeland is known for its beautiful nature, the pea­ce­ful­ness and calmness which you can sense as soon as you cross the bridge to Langeland. Tranekær is a special place with the tra­di­tio­nal timber-framed houses and Tranekær Castle which is worth a visit.
