The holiday home contains: Entrance hall, 3 good bedrooms with a double bed in 2 of the rooms and a double sofa bed in 1 of the rooms. In the house there is 1 bathroom with wc, shower, indoor spa and sauna. In addition, there is a large, delicious kitchen and dining area in extension of the kitchen, living room with sofa area and wood-burning stove, as well as access to the large covered terrace. From the living room there is access to the loft, where there are two sleeping mattres­ses. In addition, there is an annex to the house where there is a double bed. The house is bright and delicious and there is room for a lot of so­ci­a­lizing and coziness.

Outdoor
The leisure center is situated on a 1127 m2 plot with plenty of space for outdoor acti­vi­ties on the lawn. The house has a beautiful covered terrace with garden furniture.

Location
Lovely large newer summer house near the fine sandy beach at Bredfjed. Here it exudes summer house idyll and peace and quiet. The perfect holiday at­mosp­he­re. Take an evening walk and watch the sun set in the waves. There is also a jetty at the beach and plenty of crabs to catch. Enjoy a trip to La­lan­di­a's large water park and re­stau­rants (which also offer take-away), which are within driving distance of the cottage, or take a shopping trip on the ferry to Germany. There are several shopping op­portu­ni­ties in Rødbyhavn, where you can buy things for everyday life or drive to the cathedral city of Maribo and eat an ice cream in the market square. If there is an appetite for more ex­pe­ri­en­ces, Knut­hen­borg Safari Park can be explored with recom­men­da­tion. In the evening, games can be played around the large dining table while the fire crackles in the wood-burning stove.
