The house was built in 2009 and is extremely well-main­tai­ned with beautiful details in the ar­chi­tec­tu­ral style. The house is ta­ste­ful­ly furnished with solid, high-quality furniture. The beautiful centrally placed wood stove con­tri­bu­tes to creating a cozy at­mosp­he­re in the house, and the energy-efficient heat pump helps keep electri­ci­ty costs to a minimum. The living area is open to the kitchen, where you will also be impressed by the cohesive style with excellent ap­pli­an­ces and high quality. Three lovely bedrooms with com­fortab­le beds. A beautiful bathroom with plenty of space to create a cozy and relaxing at­mosp­he­re with a wonderful spa bath and a lovely sauna. All in all, a fantastic house where you can enjoy your holiday in ab­so­lu­te­ly the best sur­ro­un­dings.

One of the house's great ad­van­ta­ges is the lovely, large terrace areas that stretch com­ple­te­ly around the house. Here, you can find a great spot at any time of day to enjoy the sun, or you can use the many garden furniture available and enjoy a lovely lunch or a nice dinner with a well-deserved bottle of wine. Of course, you can also just com­ple­te­ly relax and enjoy your vacation with a good book in a deck chair. The house is situated on a lovely plot, where you have plenty of space to play ball on the grassy areas sur­ro­un­ding the house. The house also has a parasol and a grill for those long, bright evenings that are perfect for a barbecue.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
The house's fantastic location cannot be emp­ha­sized enough. With only 100 meters to one of Denmark's most beautiful sandy beaches, you have unique op­portu­ni­ties to enjoy the area's beach and excellent swimming po­s­si­bi­li­ties during your holiday. Don't miss out on a trip to some of the many local at­tra­ctions. The town of Lønstrup, located im­me­di­a­te­ly north of Nr. Lyngby, has a very special at­mosp­he­re with many small art workshops, exciting shops, and good re­stau­rants. You can also visit the unique migrating dune Rubjerg Knude, one of Denmark's most beautiful natural at­tra­ctions, or take a trip to the nort­her­n­most tip of Denmark - Skagen, where the Kattegat meets the Skagerrak, creating a unique view.
