Description
This large and well-designed holiday home provides a wonderful setting for your vacation in Nr. Lyngby. You can enjoy sunshine and summer weather on the lovely terrace – unless you prefer to spend your time at the beach just a few hundred meters from the house.
Welcome inside
Since its construction in 2003, the house has been exceptionally well-maintained, so it feels like new. This also applies to the furniture, which has been carefully selected for the inviting rooms. Indoors, you’ll have 113 m² at your disposal, sensibly divided into 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a utility room, and a large living room with an integrated kitchen. There’s also a loft accessible from the living room – if children are joining the holiday, they’ll likely claim it as their private hideaway. One of the house’s bedrooms is located in the annex with a separate entrance. Both children and adults have plenty of space to gather in the living room, a bright and airy area with large windows and a high ceiling. If it’s chilly outside, you can light the wood-burning stove, and on warm summer days, the terrace doors can be opened wide. The house also features a separate activity room of 30 m².
Enjoy life outside
A large terrace area surrounds three sides of the house. So, whether the sun is shining from the east, south, or west, you can always find a suitable spot to relax. Part of the terrace is even covered, so a passing drizzle won’t stop you from staying outside. There’s also a garage on the property, which is otherwise simply designed with a large, flat lawn.
Get up close to the local attractions
The house is peacefully located at the end of a small, closed cul-de-sac. If you stroll the few hundred meters to the other end of Tjørnevej, you’ll find yourself at the steep cliff that leads down to Nr. Lyngby Beach, where you’ll have a fantastic view of the North Sea and the dramatic coastal landscape. If you don’t want to spend all your vacation days walking along the beach, swimming in the North Sea, and relaxing on the terrace, there are plenty of excursion opportunities in the local area. A few kilometers to the south lies the seaside town of Løkken, and to the north, you’ll find the migrating dune Rubjerg Knude and the famous Rubjerg Knude Lighthouse, which stands just a few meters from the cliff edge. The old fishing village of Lønstrup is also worth a visit, especially for its many galleries and artisan workshops.
Remember, you can always borrow wagons, highchairs, and cots from us at Feriepartner Løkken. You can pick them up directly at the office and return them after your vacation is over.
