When the holiday home was built in 2020, the sea view was, of course, a priority, as evidenced by the living room's large gable window. This, along with the home's other large windows, creates a bright and airy indoor atmosphere, emphasized by the vaulted ceiling and simple, predominantly light color scheme. The living room features a wood-burning stove for cooler days, and there’s also a heat pump as an energy-efficient heating solution. In addition to the living room, which connects openly to a stylish kitchen, the house offers two bathrooms and three bedrooms. With such a well-thought-out layout and design, you can be sure to stay comfortably and enjoyably in this home.
Enjoy life outside
Not only from the living area but also from all three bedrooms, you have direct access to the terrace, making it incredibly easy to step outside when the sun calls for outdoor relaxation. The terrace wraps all the way around the house, so you’ll always find the perfect spot – but the west-facing terrace area is the obvious choice if you want to enjoy the sea view along with sunshine and the scent of the sea.
Get up close to the local attractions
The private Marthasvej leads you straight to the water. The last stretch of the ultra-short walk takes you over the dunes, and then you’re standing on the wide, white sandy beach that this part of the west coast is so famous for. Grønhøj Beach is not as crowded as the beaches in Løkken and Blokhus, but it’s just as delightful – and the natural surroundings are equally stunning if you go hiking in the beautiful landscape behind the dunes. At the same time, you’re just a short drive from Løkken and Saltum if you want to shop, buy ice cream cones, or explore local stores.
Remember, you can always borrow wagons, high chairs, and baby cots from us at Feriepartner Løkken. You can pick them up directly at the agency and return them to us when your holiday is over.
