Welcome inside
The 145 m² holiday home was renovated in 2024, and indoors, you can instantly feel at home in the modernly designed rooms. The furnishings have been carefully selected to be both beautiful and comfortable, allowing you and your loved ones to look forward to a delightful stay – whether it’s time to relax in the living room’s cozy sofa corner or share a delicious meal at the dining table in the kitchen-dining area. Both stylish living rooms feature a wood-burning stove, and through the windows, you have views of the sea. If the windows or terrace doors are open, you might even hear the waves crashing and smell the salty, fresh air as you prepare lunch or enjoy a good book. The floor plan includes five lovely bedrooms and two attractive bathrooms, making the house ideal for two families with children or a large group of friends.
Enjoy life outside
The park-like grounds are impressively large – rosehip bushes, an iron gate, and other plantings enclose the area, providing a peaceful and private setting for sunbathing, barbecues, and garden games. There’s a lawn for the children, a parking area for the cars, and an outdoor shower for your morning refreshment. But the highlight is undoubtedly the 300 m² terrace area, which surrounds the holiday home and the annex. Here, you’ll find several sunny spots and seating areas to choose from – including a partially covered terrace offering unobstructed views of the sea and the sunset. Spending your evening here in the soft light gives you and your loved ones a fantastic end to a wonderful holiday day! And when the sun sets over the sea, you can treat yourselves to sauna sessions and a warm soak in the hot tub as the stars begin to appear.

From Lottesvej 6, it’s just 200 meters to Grønhøj Strand, so it only takes a few minutes to stroll to the coast for a quick swim, building sandcastles with the kids, or a lively game of beach tennis with your partner. Along the way, you’ll find a local grill and ice cream stand where you can refresh yourself with an ice cream cone or a cold draft beer. There’s also the option to try their renowned and delicious signature burger. Additionally, Løkken’s town center is just a short drive away, so you can treat the family to dinner at one of the cozy restaurants or cafés in this charming seaside town.
