The summer house is beau­ti­ful­ly decorated in a tasteful style, with high ceilings and large window sections that create a bright and friendly at­mosp­he­re. The kitchen is equipped with all possible tools and is open to the dining area, making it easy to serve meals and clean up afterward. In the living room, there are several cozy corners with sofas and armchairs, along with a lovely view of the garden. The three bedrooms all have double beds and wardrobe space, while the two bathrooms both feature showers and un­der­floor heating. One bathroom also includes a hot tub with space for two people. The summer house is well-suited for families with small children, as there is both a crib and a high chair available.

Enjoy life outside
The large natural plot is sur­ro­un­ded by trees, providing privacy from neighbors and passersby. The lawn invites games and hide-and-seek, while the little ones will enjoy the swing. Adults can make the most of summer on the spacious wooden terrace that runs all the way around the house. There is always a sunny spot to find, and if you need to cool off, you can sit on the part of the terrace that is covered. This is also a pleasant spot for dining or relaxing in the evening shade. The car can be parked in the carport, which offers some cool shade.

Grønhøj is situated between the towns of Løkken and Saltum, where there are good shopping op­portu­ni­ties. In Løkken, you’ll find several popular re­stau­rants and on the town square, there’s Bol­che­ri­et, where handmade candies are produced daily in the tra­di­tio­nal way. In Saltum, there is the popular Faarup Som­mer­land, offering acti­vi­ties for the whole family. Whether you prefer wild roller coasters, river rafting, or pony rides, it’s a sure choice for a fun outing. Throug­hout the Grønhøj area, you can explore many nature trails, and the wide white sandy beach is one of the most beautiful on the West Coast.
