If it’s chilly outside, you can light up the wood-burning stove and settle into the sofa – or one of the other com­fortab­le seating options in the cozy living room. The kitchen is in­te­gra­ted with the living area, so if you run out of coffee, you can quickly head to the coffee maker to brew some more. Even when it’s time to prepare dinner, you can keep the friendly con­ver­sa­tion flowing across the room. The layout includes a bathroom and two bedrooms, while the annex offers an ad­di­tio­nal sleeping area.

Enjoy life outside
Outdoors, you’ll find several lovely terrace areas to choose from – including a south-facing stone-paved terrace and a partially covered wooden area that stretches between the house and the annex. The 1,543 m² plot also features a de­light­ful lawn where children can play ball games, swing, or slide on the play­gro­und equipment. Karensvej is a quiet cul-de-sac, and the house is situated at the end of a small side road, making the sur­ro­un­dings extremely private and tranquil. To the south, a green open area adds to the relaxed at­mosp­he­re.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
From the holiday home, it’s only about a ten-minute walk to Grønhøj Beach, making it an obvious choice to take the trip at least once a day. In fact, you might find yourself taking the charming route multiple times – starting with a jog on the sand and later a swim in the North Sea’s waves. Perhaps you’ll also want to catch the sunset from a front-row seat? From Grønhøj, it’s easy to explore the scenic coastal landscape. Both Løkken and Blokhus are within con­ve­ni­ent driving distance, making it easy to include a visit to Fårup Som­mer­land amusement park, a round of golf at Løkken Golf Club, or a de­light­ful lunch at a good re­stau­rant in your holiday plans.
