This beautiful, two-story summer house is located in Josefines Have, a neig­h­bor­hood with both city and holiday homes designed by the architect Jørgen Ussing. All the houses are built to a high standard and feature a modern expres­sion, with a par­ti­cu­lar focus on good light and the con­nection to the outdoor areas. This summer house is ideal for a cozy city holiday, whether you're a family or a couple or two heading out together. The house consists of an entrance, kitchen, living room, two bathrooms, and three bedrooms with double beds. It is beau­ti­ful­ly furnished and equipped with modern amenities, including wireless internet, a washing machine, and a tumble dryer, ensuring you always have fresh and dry towels for the many swims in the North Sea. In this summer house, you have eve­ryt­hing you need, and nothing is missing!

Enjoy life outside
On the 35m² large, well-screened terrace, you can enjoy the Danish summer, sunbathe during the day, and relax with delicious barbecue meals in the evening. The beach in Løkken is not far away, and during the day, you may be lucky enough to catch freshly caught fish for dinner.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
Josefines Have is close to eve­ryt­hing, yet peaceful and quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of the town center in the summer. It's only 500 meters to the North Sea at Løkken Beach, known for its white beach huts, Sømærket, and the newly restored pier. Around the town square, there is a wealth of shops and eateries, including a visit to Bol­che­ri­et, offering a variety of colorful and tasty candies. Just outside Løkken, you will find several dune plan­ta­tions with good trails for hiking and cycling, and the area is home to numerous galleries and antique shops. Both in Løkken and Blokhus, you can access golf clubs and keep your handicap in check during your stay.

Remember, you can always borrow wagons, high chairs, and cribs from us at Fe­ri­e­part­ner Løkken. You can pick them up directly at the office and return them to us when your holiday is over.
