One of the rooms has a double bed, and the other has a single sofa bed. There is also a TV where you can watch programs via a shared antenna. In these two bedrooms, there is a ladder leading up to a loft with a mattress. This division makes the house interesting for two families or families with older children. To the right of the entrance, there is a hallway leading to a guest toilet, and from the hallway, you enter the spacious and bright kitchen with a pantry, ideal for storing food. From the kitchen, you have access to a dining area, where a wide staircase leads up to the first floor with a large bedroom with a double bed and a large bathroom. The house has a beautiful and bright living room and an additional large dining area where the whole family can gather. From here, there is also access to the garden. Enjoy life outside
In the beautiful and enclosed garden of 467 m², you can enjoy the West Coast sun sheltered from the wind. There is a lawn and two lovely terraces, where you can always catch the sun from morning until evening. From the garden, there is access to a 17 m² shed, and the large carport and driveway provide ample space for two cars.

The central location makes this townhouse highly attractive. From here, it is within walking distance to both the beautiful wide sandy beach and Løkken center with shopping options and restaurants, yet the house is located at the end of a small, quiet cul-de-sac. Løkken is also a great starting point for excursions around North Jutland: Skagen, Aalborg, the east coast, and many small, cozy holiday towns.
